Material Handler (Stores Person)

• Location is Two Wells
• Pay: Flat rate $42.20 p/h + Super
• 8-10 hrs a day, Mon - Frid

Our client is a highly respected mining contractor in South Australia with a reputation built on reliability, quality, and strong safety values. Specialising in major mining construction projects and turnkey material handling systems, they support major mining operators across the state.

Due to steady project growth, they are seeking an experienced and proactive Stores Person to join their dedicated workshop and logistics team.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently receive, store, and distribute materials.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to transport materials safely.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet operational demands.
• Assist with procurement, including material orders and supplier coordination.
• Track shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Uphold a clean, organised, and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience in procurement or inventory management (a plus).
• Forklift license
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player.
• A current police check
• Must pass a Medical and D&A
